Soul coaching is my offering to the world. I combine my gifts of intuition (and years of psychic training) with 30 years of transformational coaching and psychotherapy experience to provide deep insights, inner shifts, profound healing and business growth.

Often we aren’t aware of what is holding us back. We just know that we are spinning and not making progress, whether it’s in our business or personal life.

Soul coaching will reveal what is keeping you stuck and provide tools and support so that you can move through and beyond your inner roadblocks.

Therapy is a long-term process in which a trained psychological professional can diagnose and help you resolve beliefs, behaviors, relationship problems, feelings, and sometimes physical responses to situations. Therapy focuses on past traumas and issues to help resolve self-destructive habits and work through difficult feelings. Therapy involves introspection and analysis in an effort to gain more clarity about past issues which inspire new ways of thinking and living.

Soul coaching does not require a long-term commitment to be effective. As a soul coach, I will identify future goals and obstacles to those goals. I may customize a process that enables you, the client, to take fresh action from this point forward. Problems and issues will arise (because we’re human after all), but my job as a soul coach isn’t to analyze your past. Rather, I will shed light on the wisdom gained from past events so you can move forward more efficiently.

Traditional coaching follows a rubric. There is a regulated format with a style of question asking and follow up.

The way I soul coach is a blend of coaching/psychotherapy skills topped off with my psychic understandings and insights.

I don’t follow a formula and every session is different. I am able to read someone’s soul matrix and I use these insights to empower and inform the client during the session all the while creating space for client insights and personal ah-ha moments.

From a young age, I’ve had the gift of tuning into the energy of people and places. As a soul coach, I’ll sense beyond your words to help you discover truths about yourself that, perhaps, you’ve stuffed away for way too long. I’ll also share practices, tools, routines, and rituals that help align your thinking, priorities, and action steps. You’ll start making decisions in your life from the inside-out rather than feeling pressured this way or that way from external ideas about what you ‘should be’ doing. Long story short, soul coaching will help you feel liberated and free to live your life on purpose…aligned with the wisdom of your soul.
